WHMSonic Installation in WHM

Small task for a person who know what to do
we want someone to install whmsonic to our cpanel server - we will give him root access to whm panel
currently we are getting this error while installing
Can't exec "chattr": No such file or directory at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkphpini line 77.
IonCubeLoader is activated.
Error: Unable to find a match: libstdc++-4.4.6-4.el6.i686
installr.sh: line 99: chattr: command not found
we don't have a separate icecast / shoutcast server - dont have an idea whether whmsonic includes the streaming server like icecase(preferred) but somehow if it doesn't then it need to be install on the same / separate server as per your recommendation.
