WHM Panel Issue with CentOS Upgrade

I am experiencing issues with my WHM panel following a CentOS upgrade. I am unable to update my PHP version to 8.1 or upgrade MySQL to MariaDB 10.5. I need an experienced professional who can work via SSH to help troubleshoot and resolve these issues.
