WHM EMAIL DELIVERABILITY AND SMTP

I can't send emails using my WHM but can receive emails due to port 25 being blocked by Amazon. I want someone who can integrate an SMTP that will allow me to send out emails and also allow all the domains I host to be able to send out emails.

Let me know how you will help me solve this problem. I don't want an SMTP Smarthost that will require me to verify each domain manually I want that to be done automatically
