WHM CPanel Setup on AlmaLinux VM

I need a skilled professional to set up WHM CPanel on our AlmaLinux VM hosted on an IBM server via VMware ESXi. This setup should include configuration for Primary and Secondary DNS.
Any other reputed version of Linux should be fine.

Key requirements:
- WHM CPanel installation and configuration
- Primary and Secondary DNS setup
- Implement latest security features:
