WAMP and URL permission

Have an internal web page that is visible on the local WAMP server. The url is (internal use only). When we try to access from any computer other than the WAMP (localhost machine). We get permission denied. Goal is to allow this web site visibility at local computer in our building (*not public internet). The WAMP machine is a Windows 10 Pro and the WAMP version
