VirtualBox Setup on Debian with 3 VMs (Windows 11 and 2 pfSense) and WireGuard VPN

I am looking for an expert in virtualization and networking to set up a VirtualBox environment on a Debian system with the following specifications:
Project Details:
1. Base Environment:
• The host machine runs Debian.
• A VPN connection is already installed and automatically connects on the Debian host.
2. Virtual Machine Configuration:
• VM1: Windows 11, used for administering the other two pfSense VMs.
• VM2: pfSense 1, which should connect to the internet through the host Debian machine’s network connection. This VM must have WireGuard VPN installed and configured.
• VM3: pfSense 2, which should connect to the internet via pfSense 1. This VM must also have WireGuard VPN installed and configured, as well as a firewall. The outbound connection from pfSense 2 should be routed to a second Ethernet card on the Debian host.
3. Network and Routing:
• The pfSense 1 VM should receive its connection directly from the host Debian machine’s network interface.
• WireGuard VPN should be configured on the pfSense 1 VM to secure the connection.
• The pfSense 2 VM should obtain its connection through pfSense 1, also secured by WireGuard.
• The outbound connection from pfSense 2 should be routed to a second Ethernet card on the Debian host. This interface will be used to connect a WiFi modem to share the connection.

• Create a secure environment with dual VPN layers using WireGuard.
• Ensure easy administration via the Windows 11 VM.
• Properly configure firewalls on the pfSense VMs to ensure security and traffic control.
• Test and validate the connection through the WiFi modem to ensure it correctly passes through both VPNs.
