Virtual Private Network For Phone/window

i already have a server , and now i want to run two services on server. One is an OpenVPN or any other common vpn protocol and second i want to setup a ssl vpn server . So the ip will be static and the same as the server ip

i prefer to have a V2RAy vpn protocol on the server if you knows how to setup

for Cisco server instead of OpenVPN that’s even better . The server system is correctly Centos but we can change it to any Linux OS we want in few minutes
