Vicidial Configuration -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me configure Vicidial for my project. The specific features I want to configure include:
- Inbound Calling
- Outbound Calling
- Call Monitoring

I already have a Vicidial server set up, so the freelancer will not need to set up the server for me.

I do not need any training or ongoing support for Vicidial. However, I do need the freelancer to enable call shifting and campaign for all users.

Also i have issue wit Country campaing connection

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Expertise in Vicidial configuration
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound calling
- Experience with call monitoring
