VPS Setup for Entertainment / Hobby User

I'm in need of a professional to set up my VPS with the following needs.

I'm looking to setup my VPS, these items must be installed.

My VPS is as follows : https://www.hostinger.com/vps-hosting (KVM8), I'm not sure about 1. below is CloudLinux any good or should I stick with AlmaLinux 9?

Key Tasks:
1. Install and configure Linux on the VPS (CloudLinux 8 Solo)
2. Install and configure LiteSpeed Web Server (Site Owner Plus)
3. Install and configure cPanel / WHM
4. Install and configure MariaDB
5. Install and configure PHP 8.2.x and 8.3.x
6. Install and configure Imagick
7. Install and configure Redis or MemCached (thoughts?)
8. Install and configure OPCache
9. Install and configure Elastic Search

Experience in server administration and specifically with VPS setup is crucial for this task.
