I'm in need of an expert who can optimize my VPS for high-end hosting. Here's a breakdown of the specifics:

** Server Resources:
- Provider: Contabo Germany
- CPU: 8
- RAM: 24
- Operating System: AlmaLinux 9
- Software: CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Webserver, cPanel

** I'm currently experiencing the following issues:

** I have more than 10 heavy websites (WordPress & Laravel) hosted on this VPS, and I'm particularly interested in the following optimizations:
