VPS Server IP Address Update
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm currently facing an issue with my VPS server running on a Linux operating system. I have interspire, power mta and webmail installed currently. My service provider AIT has recently changed my IP addresses after receiving 2 spam complaints and the person who set this up is useless, and I require assistance in updating them on my server so I can access the data including the webmail and the data on interspire.
Key Tasks:
- Update the IP addresses on my Linux VPS server
- Offer guidance on managing these changes in the absence of a control panel
The ideal freelancer for this task would have:
- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration
- Experience with IP address management and configurations
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- will regain me access to my data. I’m told the updating of the ip addresses should resolve this.
Please note, that a control panel (e.g. cPanel, Plesk) is not being used for server management, so the freelancer should be comfortable working without one.
