VPN - Server side Enhancement

I am looking for a freelancer to enhance my server-side VPN using OpenVPN. The ideal candidate should have experience with OpenVPN and be able to implement geo restrictions and streaming features. Additionally, I would like to improve the security and performance of the VPN. The number of simultaneous connections needed is currently unknown.
