VOIP and Systems Engineer / Sales Engineer

Our company is looking for a VOIP and Systems Engineer as well as someone who can help the sales team with any and all tasks when closing a sale. This include designing and building call trees, queues, DID's etc inside an Asterisk like phone system.
Qualifications
Experience with performing customer facing activities as part of pre-sales team or professional services team
3 to 5+ years of experience in a technical customer facing role with a strong track record of engineering skills and selling enterprise or software-as-a-service solutions
Demonstrable ability to create and give technical presentations and demo
Excellent communicator who has experience presenting to a wide range of audiences
Excellent listener and strong problem solving and analytical ability
Experience working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Ability to understand, articulate, recommend, and implement solutions that meet customer needs through self-investigation, research, and troubleshooting.
