VMWare ESXi/V8 Upgrade and Rebuild

We are seeking an experienced VMWare ESXi / vSphere HA v7 engineer to carry out a comprehensive review and rebuild of our 3 Server ESXi environment with vSphere HA configured. The key goal is to upgrade to v8. Currently, our ESXi environment is performing at an average level; but we aspire to enhance its performance, and importantly, reduce HA configuration-induced downtime.
For the impending upgrade, the following vSphere v8 features should be emphasised:
- Advanced workload management
- Improved disaster recovery capabilities
It's paramount that the chosen engineer has significant expertise in overcoming the following challenges:
- Addressing performance issues
- Reducing high downtime due to good HA configuration
Experience in scaling ESXi environments and implementing advanced workload management and improved disaster recovery capabilities will be highly regarded.
