VMWARE vSphere 7.x Support ... 2 of 4 server are not starting after hard reboot server.

I am looking for an experienced expert to provide troubleshooting support for my VMWare vSphere 7.x environment. I have two servers of four that are not starting after a hard reboot. The successful candidate will possess deep understanding of the VMWare products and be able to troubleshoot the server hardware and software components in order to get the services back up and running again. Experience with VMWare internal tools, such as vSphere, is required to perform a comprehensive and complete analysis of the issue.
