VMWARE server is not giving error unable to enumerate all disk

I'm having a really difficult time getting my VMWARE server to work. I'm running the server on a Linux operating system, and recently I've been receiving a disk enumeration failure error when I attempt to access any of the disk drives. I'm unsure if I made any recent changes to the configuration, but this has become a real issue and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why this is happening and resolve the issue.
