VCSA8 Expert Needed for Home Lab Setup

I'm looking for a vSphere VCSA8 specialist to assist me in establishing a home lab environment. I often lose access to VCSA8 after rebooting my clustered ESXi hosts, and it's becoming a hindrance to my testing and development activities. The access loss is inconsistent, and I'm not always seeing specific error messages.
Please focus on configuring the network settings correctly to ensure consistent access to VCSA8.

I tried to reboot both vcsa and exit host no luck
manually added firewall rule to allow https and icmp request and reply in chain input rule set no luck
