Use RTP Engine to convert/transcode any incoming call with any codec to G711

Hello, I have a fusionpbx server that allows only calls in g711, so I understood that there is no way to transcode codecs in fusionpbx, so I want help with someone who has experience with RTP Engine to convert any incoming call with any codec (G723, g726 or g729) to g711.
