Urgently Move my GPSWOX server on Ubuntu to Windows.

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me move my GPSWOX server from Ubuntu to Windows Server 2019.
I already set up the web end, mysql etc. Just need the traccar part set up to connect to the database and log. GPS devices are connecting based on the log files but not writing to database.
Requirements:
- Experience with GPSWOX software
- Familiarity with server migration process
- Proficient in Windows Server 2019
- Knowledge of Ubuntu and Windows operating systems
- Ability to handle server credentials and access
Tasks:
- Transfer GPSWOX server from Ubuntu to Windows Server 2016
- Ensure all necessary credentials and access are properly configured
