Urgent: Plesk Obsidian Update Broke Website Hosting

My website was running smoothly using Plesk Obsidian prior to a recent automatic update. However, since the update, I've been unable to access my websites hosted on Plesk. There haven't been any error messages, but the sites are simply down. To avoid any further loss of income and customers, I need an expert to urgently resolve this issue.

Hetzner has made their KVM panel available.
Login, but there enable the login with login and authentication keys etc

Ssh, ftp and http and the whole server is locked
