Urgent Linux Server CPU Fix

urgent server issue detection and fix, server is more than enough , however we cannot find issues which overloads the server and hangs it , especially at night. extra high cpu usage at night, with no visitors. we get 524 error. we keep on getting stuck, we cannot find exact php processes which do this.
