Urgent Linux Mail Server Setup

I'm urgently seeking a knowledgeable IT professional to configure my mail server within the next two/three days.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to specify the type of mail server software I am using, i have vps server on goddady and i am having problems configuring it
my problem is that I cannot sednt/receive emails
