Urgent Ionos Server & Plesk Migration

We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing our website through the subdomain URL after uploading the code to our Plesk panel and setting up our Ionos server. The website functions correctly when accessed through the preview link provided by Plesk (http://74.208.61.196/plesk-site-preview/www.predev.adambulette.com/https/74.208.61.196/). However, when trying to access it through the designated subdomain URL it is not working as expected.
Problem:
• The website is inaccessible via the subdomain URL despite the correct configuration on the Plesk panel and Ionos server.
• Establish a connection between the Ionos server and the Plesk panel.
