Urgent: AWS EC2 Linux Instance SSH Issue

I am currently facing a critical issue with my AWS EC2 instance. It is a Ubuntu based instance that I cannot connect to via SSH client. Even attempts through the AWS console result in an error:
"Failed to connect to your instance. EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to your instance. Ensure your instance network settings are configured correctly for EC2 Instance Connect."
When trying to connect from my SSH client, I receive the following termination error:
"The SSH connection has terminated with error. Reason: FlowSocketReader: Could not receive bytes. Windows error 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."
I have confirmed that:
- There were no recent updates or changes made to the instance prior to this issue.
- My security group settings are correctly enabled.
- All relevant network settings have been verified as correct.
