Upload script to live server MERN STACK SCRIPT

I have a script downloaded from https://www.udemy.com/course/mern-stack-complete-blog-application-from-scratch-2021/?couponCode=ACCAGE0923 , I would like help uploading it live . The course has no deployment section and I don't know much about the Mern stack. I need help uploading the script to a server, as cheap a host as possible. maybe digital ocean? then I want you to help me configure the script for my personal details etc email because it will only have demo details configured eg stripe info and so on.
