Upgrading Magento 2 docker container using alexcheng/magento2 to php8.1

Hi, I am looking for a Magento/DevOps Developer to upgrade my Magento 2 docker setup still running on alexcheng/magento2 php7.3 with Apache to able to run php8 with Nginx.
You can either create another dockerfile base on original docker image or build one from scratch as long as it can run latest Magento 2 version 2.4.4.
Please feel free to pm me for more information. I just don't have time to work on this therefore I am outsourcing this task. Should be an easy task if you already have this docker running on latest version.
Note: This Magento will run multiple sites and also using jwilder/nginx-proxy and varnish in my docker-compose setup. You will be expected to assist me configure nginx to run multiple websites as well.
