Upgrade Maria DB from 10.20 to 10.40 on CWP PRO control panel linux VPS

I use CWP PRO control panel on my VPS (not Cpanel). I want to upgrade MYSQL from MARIAFB 10.20 to MARIA DB 10.40 with the possibility to REVERSE in case of of my old script stops working so please backup before doing your changes!
Make sure to backups, uninstall and to put commands in config file properly so it starts when server reboots.
CWP works with multi PHP verison support so this is not to upgrade PHP which I can easily do from the CWP panel. I only want to upgrade MYSQL MARIA DB version. Otherwise a site I want to install does not work.
Please do not change any other config. I don't want problems with my sites hosted here.
