Upgrade Debian 8 to 10

Hello I have server on Debian 8 ISP, I need upgrade this Apache to Debian 10. My problem is cerbot is not valid and I dont know how upgrade this server. I need this work:
1) Upgrade to Debian 10
2) Install certificate Lets encrypt with auto update
3) Small work with setting librarys on PHP..
