Uninstall Elasticsearch & Install OpenSearch

I need an experienced Linux system administrator to uninstall Elasticsearch from my Linux server and install OpenSearch in its place. There is no need to migrate any data or replicate any configurations from Elasticsearch, as I want to start fresh with default settings.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency with Linux server management
- Expertise in Elasticsearch and OpenSearch
- Experience with software uninstallation and installation
- Ability to configure OpenSearch from default settings

Please note: This project does not involve data migration or configuration replication.

The task will be performed on AlmaLinux.
