Ubuntu webserver crash (AH00295: caught SIGTERM, shutting down)

I need a quick fix for this error that prevents webserver from startingup. could be cron or memory or whatever.
You should be able to check the reason and deactivate the function that causes the problem without producing any trouble.
Area: Ubuntu- Webserver- Adminsitration over helpkey installed on own virtual server
Error I found is :AH00295: caught SIGTERM, shutting down
Effect : Webserver always down
Access over ftp, ssh possible
