Ubuntu server set up

i will give you the password to a freshly installed ubuntu server and I need installed (command line only):
- Apache with the right www folder pointing on my domain (domain already linked to server)
- FTP server allowing me to upload and replace files anywhere
- MySql server reachable from outside
- Phpmyadmin reachable at mydomain.com/phpmyadmin
Will pay when everything is working and tested
