Ubuntu Server Disk & Samba Troubleshooting

I have a Ubuntu server with a 1TB HDD which is only showing 83GB due to a hard drive partitioning issue. Additionally, I've installed Samba for file sharing, but I'm unable to access the shared folders on the LAN. I need help troubleshooting these issues.
