Ubuntu Server Creating LSASS and Apache Zombie Process

Hello, we have an Ubuntu server configured with Apache. The server is constantly creating and LSASS and Apache zombie process which is highly affecting performance. The apache zombie process gets cleared with a restart of apache, but the LSASS zombie process has to be killed manually. Both the processes would then come back up in a day or so. Requesting someone to take a look and troubleshoot this issue
