Set up ChangeDetection.io (Telegram + Email), Jellyfin & Custom Meta Search Engine (SearxNG)

I need someone to fully configure my Ubuntu server with the following:

1. ChangeDetection.io
• Fully working setup
• Notifications must go to both:
• Telegram bot (already created)
• Outlook email (SMTP working)
• Bonus: use Apprise for unified notifications

2. Jellyfin
• Install and configure Jellyfin media server
• Accessible over LAN or remotely (I use Tailscale)
• No need to set up libraries or transcoding — just clean working install

3. Custom Web Search (SearxNG)
• Install and configure SearxNG
• Add 4 specific Slovenian websites I will provide (e.g. Bolha.si, Avto.net, etc.)
• I want to search a term like “motokultivator” and get all results combined in one page
• Search results must be live or refreshed regularly
• Bonus: basic UI filters (e.g. by price or keyword)
• Bonus: notification when a new result appears
