Ubuntu Security Expert Needed for Kannel SMPP
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Kannel SMPP server appears to have been compromised. It seems to be sending out a DDoS attack or experiencing a traffic flood. I have already taken the step of updating passwords, but this issue requires an expert's attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and mitigate the current DDoS traffic
- Secure the server against future attacks
- Provide a detailed report of the incident and steps taken
My ideas to resolve this issue:
1) list all the tasks with open socket/ network connectivity and identify the issue
2) list all the users (with password and SSH connectivity) and remove the access
3) access via root to be disabled/ and default 22 port to be changed
4) Digital Ocean firewall policies
