Ubuntu Package Installation & Configuration From Git Repo

Project Overview:

- Install the following package on our new Ubuntu server - https://github.com/kallaballa/sndcut

- Install required dependency packages

- Update packages where necessary for use on Ubuntu 20.4

- Set up a simple front end page to allow a user to:
- - Upload a file
- - Input specific configuration options
- - Select buttons for whether the user wants the output as:
- - - Laser File
- - - G-Code

- Once program has completed process, automatically download the output file
