Ubuntu Linux Postfix SMTP, DNS, DKIM, SPF troubleshooting and reinstall some certificates

We are a small company located near Vienna, Austria, using a server hosted at Hetzner in the Netherlands.
I've set up the entire server, and everything works fine - except for secure emails. Currently, our emails are being rejected by Google, Microsoft, and possibly others. Additionally, every time I send or receive an email, I receive a certificate warning from Kaspersky, so this seems to need attention as well.
Our server setup follows "the perfect server" guidelines and includes Apache, MariaDB, and ISPConfig 3 (we’re hosting about 18 websites on it).
I would like to have Zabbix installed and ideally you can solve the email problems with Mailcow or manually?
Also, Let's Encrypt certificates need to be configured for Dovecot and ISPConfig 3, as SSL is not fully functional here either.
I will give you access to our server and the Hetzner DNS panel for administration (rDNS, MX and other need review, maybe correction), MariaDB if you need?
There are no plans for a complete rebuild, there are 18 websites in use and it is a live system.
Timeframe: approximately 2 weeks from order placement (assignment). This is a one-time contract, no ongoing maintenance required.
