Ubuntu Linux Expert Needed

We have a small OSM (OPEN STREETMAPS) server that we installed to have a TILE server and a nominatim server (georeverse coding) we are not LINUX experts, so we followed the tutorials that are online. the Nominatim servicer is working great but the tile server has a service that is called RENDER that must start automatically to be able to render the Tiles when they are required. The service is not able to start for some right issues or something... we need someone that help of configure that service so IT RUNS LIKE IT SHOULD. for us to be able to use the tiles.... everything is configured already the only thing not working is that RENDER SERVICE. the job needs to be done online through any desk ... they can connect to our computer and through RDP we will give access to the machine so the person can trouble shoot and configure the RENDER service. we will not give direct access to the server. for security reasons the configuration must be done through one of our machines using Anydesk or Team viewer
