URGENT: fix hostname issue in ubuntu20 + magento2.4 permissions

Hi there,
i am full of work and i need an help to fix two issue in ubuntu 20 server.
1) i got this error: sudo: unable to resolve host magento2prod: Temporary failure in name resolution
2) fix the magento 2.4 permissions error.
