URGENT! - Dedicated Server Down - stuck on GRUB
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a dedicated server running LINUX with about 50 websites.
From my host: We have performed some tests in our Rescue environment.
There was no packet loss during the tests in rescue mode.
Please make sure the packet loss is not related to software configuration or the firewall detected on the server.
When we rebooted the server back to the OS, it stuck on GRUB rescue so we have to boot the server on Rescue mode.
Acces codes sent and ping ok.
They suggest:
- check and update your network configuration files,
- check and decontaminate your firewall if required,
- check and update your GRUB (or to configure another Netboot via the network)
- launch a manual check of your file systems,
- carry out backup or restoration of data,
