URGENT CONTABO VPS FIX (Centos7+Cyberpanel)

this is URGENT task, do not apply apply if you're nto able fto start right now.and/or you're not falimiar with Vnc and COntabo's Vps
we have a Vps on contabo (linux Centos7+Cyberpanel)
VPS is not more reachble while result "up"
The Contabo Support wrote this:
""We have just checked your VPS from our side and could reach it normally via VNC SSH access was also not possible from our side which is why we would recommend you to check the server via VNC in order to gain more insight into the matter.""
VNC seems working (as per screenshots)
we need a Sysadmin that use this access to get all public_html files present (approx 60Mb, no active database)
