UNIX-Ubuntu Server Client Image Processing

I need to have a multithreaded server.c which is based on INET Sockets. The admin_client.c should have administrative functions and the client.c should also have administrative functions but less them the admin and all of the should be local. And the client.py should be remote if possible if not it's OK if it is local. The image processing part should have like 5-7 functionalities for example transforming an image to gray, to invert colors, to extract a color and display the image and so on. And when accessing the server through the client should be a list of these options to choose from.
