UAP-AC-HD Troubleshooting Expert Needed

I need assistance with regaining access to a UAP-AC-HD. The device is not accepting the accustomed credentials.
I've attempted a factory reset, checked the network connection, and tried using different credentials, but all to no success. Post the factory reset, the device lit up an unidentified blue light. I was unable to set it up after the reset because of the aforementioned lighting issue.
Here's an additional factor:
- I tried accessing the UAP-AC-HD through the phone's Wi-Fi network.
- I tried accessing from the Desktop host running a KVM router, as the AP is on PoE, so should be accessible via the Cat6 LAN.
The ideal candidate for this project is someone with experience in troubleshooting UAP-AC-HD devices.
