Tunning and Config RAM & SWAP & RAMDISK on Ubuntu Server 18

The project is to Tunning and Config RAM & SWAP & RAMDISK on Ubuntu Server 18,
The server in not VPS!
16GB RAM
3T SSD
i5


the main issue is that after few days running server, all swap and ram are 95% for no reason,
and needed restart.

the server now is config with swap file 25G
need to set that above 55% useage of RAM he will start using RAMDISK until its full,
and if RAMDISK full, it should be return to RAM.

All ram and swap memory need to flush daily
need to set script daily drop caches from RAM and RAMDISK
