Troubleshoot SugarCRM Install “Loading” Error
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We seek system administrator assistance on Cpanel running on Linux sent OS for our new install of SugarCRM enterprise 11.02.
Requires direct professional experience in SugarCRM as well as Linux, Apache, PHP and especially file systems permissions troubleshooting for web applications.
No trial and error techniques desired, we are seeking a true professional who has possibly already seen this error and knows exactly how to fix it.
The specific issue has been isolated to be one of file permissions as they relate to the Apache module known as mod rewrite.
The documentation provided by SugarCrm however is not thorough enough to provide a solution, and that is most likely because of the mini versions that have been incrementally released and the likelihood that the documentation has not been thoroughly audited for accuracy or completeness.
There are even documents with conflicting versions of these settings.
I’m a Linux administrator by trade but I’m busy running many other aspects of the firm as the CEO so it would be more prudent to delegate this and other tasks.
