Troubleshoot Nginx on VPS Migration

I'm running a web application on an EC2 server, and it works without any issues. The server uses nginx, MySQL, and Tomcat JAR files as part of the application setup.
Now, I'm trying to migrate this application to a VPS with another provider. I've set up the VPS and copied all the configurations from the working EC2 server. Nginx, MySQL, and other services are running just like they do on the EC2 instance.
However, I can't access the web application on the VPS. Despite everything seeming to be configured the same way, the app isn't functioning on the new server.
