Troubleshoot Installation of Github project on Ubuntu 18.4.6 via TeamViewer (uses Cuda)

I need assistance troubleshooting and installing a Github project on my Ubuntu 18.4.6 PC. The project is from this Github repository: https://eth-ait.github.io/GaussianHaircut/.
Here's the current situation:
- Cuda is not running from the terminal
- I've already installed the necessary Nvidia drivers for Cuda 11.08.
- All dependencies listed in the Github project instructions are installed.
What I need:
- A freelancer to remotely access my PC via TeamViewer, troubleshoot the Cuda installation issue, and get the software working.
- Run through the instructions on Github, solve any issues, and document the solutions.
- Run the software on a test video file we provide.
Ideal skills for this project would include:
