Troubleshoot DNS Issues Affecting Mobile Connectivity and fix PLESK UBUNTU SERVER

My domain is currently resolving over wired and Wi-Fi connections, but it is not resolvable over 4G or 5G connections on the EE network in the UK. This started happening after some recent changes to my DNS settings. I need help from an expert to fix it.
