Text to Image using a custom font

Hi, I have a Linux server. I would like you to create an application that will take text as an input, then use a custom font ("modern circle" which I will provide) and create an image with it.
Your script will get the following fields as input:
- text
- color
And your script will output an image that has the text written in the `modern circle` font in the color specified. The color parameters will be sent in a HEX value (#000000, #333333, etc).
This should be a simple project for someone who is familiar with the scripting.
