Telegram bot

Hi guys. I have a bot that sent me fast alerts from Kijiji when new add posted. The alerts come to Telegram very fast just within several seconds. My problem is that my bot stopped to work before several days. The developer does not replay and he is not active for last 3 weeks. Probably on vacation or left the platform.
I logged to my Amazon hosting and I see warning - Failed to connect to instance.
I believe it's a problem. Unfortunately I don't know how to fix it, I guess need to connect from Linux or whatever. I tried to stop/start but but it did not help. The bot and everything around was cost me 220 Canadian dollars from the scratch, so I believe 30 USD is a fair amount to fix it.
